Alterations for Retail Operations
We recently worked with a customer to make the desired alterations to a commercial building so that it could function as an appropriate setting for their retail business. Among the things we did for this customer were:
We redesigned the existing space per the customer’s specifications
We obtained the necessary permits from the local inspection authority
We obtained the necessary approvals from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce
Once completed, the project met the customer’s wishes and was in compliance with the proper inspection authorities.
Converting Buildings for New Uses
Another time, we worked with a customer who owned a building shell and wanted to convert it to a butcher shop.
We not only redesigned the building per the customer’s specifications, but we submitted the plans and specs to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and were granted approval. The butcher shop is now in operation, and the customer is happy with our work.
